Francis Bacon wrote "The New Atlantis", published posthumously in 1627, in which he proposed a society in America, governed by a secret scientific elite who decided what the rest of the people should do and know. Bacon was a leader of the secret societies in England, and was involved in both The Royal Society, which began to push the 'this world is all there is' ideas of science, whilst also writing the King James Version of the Bible. Bacon was James' Attorney-General, Lord Keeper, and Lord Chancellor. Colonization of North America began in the late 16th and early 17th Centuries. Most early colonizers were Puritans from England who felt persecuted by King James for their religious beliefs and thought escaping to America would give them the religious freedom they wanted. King James had earlier created The Plymouth Company, which owned the Mayflower, along with the Virginia Company to colonize North America. So James' religious persecutions were forcing people into colonizing North America, to James' benefit, before the Spanish did. Early settlements failed. The first permanent colony was at Jamestown, founded by colonizers of the Virginia Company and named after King James, which struggled to survive after it adopted a ruthless approach to the native indians. The Mayflower arrived off Cape Cod in 1620, and using a different approach than that of the settlers of Jamestown lived in peaceful co-existence with the native indians and survived comparatively easier. With permanent colonies now established, more ships with colonizers arrived, and more colonies were established.
Think about America. This chapter will suggest that America is part of a long term plan going back millenia, all the way back to Egypt and earlier. In order to make America the only superpower it needed to be colonized, and nurtured into growth, but in a way so that it was always controlled. How could America be colonized? One way would be to make living conditions in England and elsewhere intolerable so that people would seek a new life in America. King Charles I drove Puritans to America. He also awarded Carolina to eight Catholic allies. But how could such a large colony be controlled from over three thousand miles away in London? Controlling such a large colony would cost a fortune too.
One of the darkest moments in English history occured in 1660 when the Company of Royal Adventurers Trading to Africa was created by King James II, which had a monopoly on the slave trade to the Caribbean. In 1672 it was revamped into The Royal African Company and still maintained its monopoly. In 1698 this monopoly was taken away so that every year tens of thousands of African slaves could be transported to the Caribbean and American colonies to build America, making England the greatest slave trader in the world. What a heritage!
The Dutch and English were the main colonizers of America, which is not surprising when you recall that Holland was the home of the invaders who covertly took control of England through Oliver Cromwell and William of Orange during the 17th Century. During that time I think the controllers were based in both Amsterdam and London as they slowly moved from Holland to England during the period of transition of power.
After several decades of self-government and colonization, England began sending over agents to take control of the colonies for the crown. Taxes were levied payable to the crown. Laws were passed forbidding exports from the colonies to England. The colonies began to show signs of rebellion. So what did the English crown and government do?
Above is the original design of the street plan for Washington DC submitted by Major Pierre Charles L'Enfant, slightly revised by Andrew and Joseph Ellicott. To the untrained eye, the plan looks innocent enough, doesn't it? There are a few odd lines at odd angles, but nothing obvious. But notice the red symbols I have placed on the picture. To the north of the White House is a incomplete (not complete), inverted (upside down), irregular (lines not of equal length) pentagram. This is an extremely powerful satanic symbol. The purple line has been added to show the full symbol, and does not follow an actual street. The red lines are actual streets. To the east of the Capitol is a hexagram, known more commonly as The Star of David, and adopted by the Zionist state of Israel. Is this coincidence?
The Freemasonic historian Manly P Hall wrote the following of the inverted pentagram in his The Secret Teachings of All Ages.
In symbolism, an inverted figure always signifies a perverted power. The average person does not even suspect the occult properties of emblematic pentacles. On this subject the great Paracelsus has written: "No doubt many will scoff at the seals, their characters and their uses, which are described in these books, because it seems incredible to them that metals and characters which are dead should have any power and effect. Yet no one has ever proved that the metals and also the characters as we know them are dead, for the salts, sulphur, and quintessences of metals are the highest preservatives of human life and are far superior to all other simples." (Translated from the original German.)
The black magician cannot use the symbols of white magic without bringing down upon himself the forces of white magic, which would be fatal to his schemes. He must therefore distort the hierograms so that they typify the occult fact that he himself is distorting the principles for which the symbols stand. Black magic is not a fundamental art; it is the misuse of an art. Therefore it has no symbols of its own. It merely takes the emblematic figures of white magic, and by inverting and reversing them signifies that it is left-handed.
A good instance of this practice is found in the pentagram, or five-pointed star, made of five connected lines. This figure is the time-honored symbol of the magical arts, and signifies the five properties of the Great Magical Agent, the five senses of man, the five elements of nature, the five extremities of the human body. By means of the pentagram within his own soul, man not only may master and govern all creatures inferior to himself, but may demand consideration at the hands of those superior to himself.
The pentagram is used extensively in black magic, but when so used its form always differs in one of three ways: The star may be broken at one point by not permitting the converging lines to touch; it may be inverted by having one point down and two up; or it may be distorted by having the points of varying lengths. When used in black magic, the pentagram is called the "sign of the cloven hoof," or the footprint of the Devil. The star with two points upward is also called the "Goat of Mendes," because the inverted star is the same shape as a goat's head. When the upright star turns and the upper point falls to the bottom, it signifies the fall of the Morning Star.
So what is a broken, inverted, irregular pentagram doing sitting on top of the White House?
Coincidence, perhaps? No chance! Read on for more "coincidence".
The Muslims call the United States of America "the Great Satan", and we are well aware of the relationship between the USA and Israel. The Neoconservatives, all strong Zionists, dominate the current Bush administration. The central bank of the United States of America, The Federal Reserve, is basically controlled by the Rothschilds from London. The Rothschilds formally adopted the hexagram as their family symbol in 1822. It was the Rothschilds who financially supported the Zionist state of Israel. Is this coincidence?
The Capitol is where Congress meets. The Capitol is named after the Capitoleum of Rome, the Temple to Jupiter, the Roman God of Gods. It is built on plot 666 of Washington DC. Inside on the walls behind the rostrum of the Senate are the symbols of Rome, fasces. These are axes wrapped up in bundles of rods. They symbolise the power of the state over the individual. Below left is a photo of the rostrum of the Senate, with the Stars and Stripes flanked on either side by the fasces. Below right is a closer look at the left hand side fasces.
But it is outside the Capitol where things get really interesting.
The Star of David is known by other names; the hexagram, and the Seal of Solomon. The latter name is reference to King Solomon. The hexagram was used in Moloch worship, and because Solomon took to worshipping Ashtoreth and Moloch the hexagram was labelled the Seal of Solomon. Moloch worship involved ritual orgies and sacrifice, sometimes of children. A symbol of Moloch is the owl. Can you see an owl in the plan around the Capitol? There is one in the image below, sitting on top of a pyramid, with the Capitol inside its belly.
Google Maps shows this owl on the pyramid with its capstone removed, The Capitol Owl. From that map you can also see that the pyramid's peak should be at the doors of the Capitol, but the pyramid with its capstone removed begins at 1st Street and ends at 13th Street at which the diagonal road Pennsylvania Avenue NW turns to run from East to West. Thus the pyramid has 13 layers.
This is some pretty weird shit goin' on here, wouldn't you say? Here we have a Star of David above the Capitol. The Capitol is built on plot 666 of Washington DC, on a hill which had been known as Rome for over one hundred years before the Capitol was built. The Star of David is recognised as the symbol of the Jews after it was adopted by the Zionists at the First Zionist Conference in 1897, and placed on the Zionist flag. But it is also a symbol of the Canaanite god Moloch. Another symbol of Moloch is the owl, and the Capitol is surrounded by a plan of streets and paths that clearly mark out an owl sitting atop a pyramid of 13 layers with its capstone removed. Moloch worship included ritual orgies and sacrifice of children. To add to this there is also the broken, inverted, irregular pentagram to the north of the White House. Moloch worship continues today, at Bohemian Grove, where the rich and powerful gather once a year every summer to witness and cheer on a mock human sacrifice in front of a 40ft stone owl! Below left shows the logo of Bohemian Grove, while below centre shows the mock human sacrifice known as "the cremation of care" performed in front of a 40ft stone owl. Note also a tiny owl on the One Dollar Bill of the United States, as shown in below right.
But there's more. To honour George Washington America wanted to build a statue of him. L'Enfant's original suggestion to commemorate George Washington was of a standard, but big, hero-on-horse-type statue, much like the statue of Prince Eugen in Heldenplatz, Vienna, in below left. But for whatever reason an odd statue of Washington in a pose with a hint of Satan was made. Below centre is a photo of the bronze statue of, supposedly, George Washington. It received a mixed reaction. You can see why, because the image in below right is one of the Devil.
Due to its unpopularity the statue was removed from view and a committee was established to produce a more acceptable monument. The result was the Washington Monument seen below.
So what is an obelisk? It is a phallus! Both the Capitol (on lot 666 and in the belly of an owl sitting atop a 13 layer pyramid with its capstone removed) and the White House (with its extremely powerful satanic pentagram) face this 555ft long phallus. In fact the three form a right angle, and if you continue the line from the Washington Monument through the White House for 13 blocks you end up at the doorstep of The House of the Temple, the home of American Freemasonry.
George Washington and Thomas Jefferson requested designs for the new capital and Freemason Major Pierre Charles L'Enfant submitted this design containing all this symbolism. Washington had the final veto over the plan eventually adopted. So did Washington see this symbolism? Was he made aware of it? We don't know, because like the brain of the assassinated John F Kennedy, the diaries of George Washington that cover this period are "missing". L'Enfant and Washington also fought together and were good friends. Hmmmm.
I touched on the significance of the Capitol above, with reference to the ancient bloodthirsty god Moloch. This next piece of information adds to the air of conspiracy.
On 18th September 1793 a Masonic procession in full Masonic regalia paraded through the streets of the new City of Washington. The city had been named after the hero of the American War of Independence, George Washington, and he had been asked to lay the corner stone of a new building The Capitol on Lot 666 of the City of Washington. At the time George Washington was Grand Master of Lodge No. 22 of Alexandria, and was descended from an aristocratic British family. George Washington climbed into a ditch and laid a large silver plaque engraved with the following words;
“This South East corner stone, of the Capitol of the United States of America in the city of Washington, was laid on the day 18th September in the thirteenth year of American Independence, in the first year of the Presidency of George Washington, whose virtues in the civil administration of his country have been as conspicuous and beneficial, as his military valour and prudence have been useful in establishing her liberties, and in the year of Masonry, 5793, by the President of the United States, in concert with the Grand Lodge of Maryland, several lodges under its jurisdiction, and Lodge No. 22 of Alexandria, Virginia”.
Corn, oil and wine were placed onto the plaque, and attending Masons then began Masonic chanting. All this took place at 3.30 pm just as Jupiter was rising above the horizon at 23 degrees in Virgo. The Capitol, you may recall, had been named after The Capitoleum in Rome, which was the temple to Jupiter, the Roman God of Gods. Lot 666 had been known as Rome for well over a century since 1663.
The one thing that jumps out to me here is the reference to "the year of Masonry, 5793", thus making Masonry approximately 6000 years old. But try to find a history of Masonry or Freemasonry on any freemasonic website and rarely do you find them going back that far. Most of them only go back to the 17th Century and Elias Ashmole. What are they hiding? And who wrote the text on the plaque?
As with the Capitol, a great Masonic ceremony was held by DC Masons on 4th July 1848 to lay the cornerstone of the 555ft long phallus called The Washington Monument. The trowel that George Washington used to lay the cornerstone of the Capitol was used to lay the cornerstone of the Washington Monument. Isn't that sweet?
The obelisk became very popular in Ancient Egypt, and large obelisks were erected during that period. What happened to them after Egypt fell? Most of them found their way to...ROME. In fact one is directly in front of the Vatican in St Peters Square, as shown below!
Other original Egyptian obelisks were later moved to London, Paris and New York, all centres of great political and financial power. Not only was the obelisk a phallus, it was also revered as a symbol of the Sun god, Ra. The Egyptians believed in the suns life-giving power and honoured their Sun god, Ra, by building phallic objects to symbolise the strong masculine energy. There is more solar significance to the street plan of Washington DC. In the image below the red lines indicate which direction to look to see the sun appear on the horizon at sunrise on the summer solstice, and the blue lines indicate which direction to look to see the sun appear on the horizon at sunrise on the winter solstice. The left vertex is the Washington Phallus, er Monument. The right vertex is the Capitol.
Is all this "coincidence"? I think not. The probability of being able to find this symbolism with its significance in the architecture of the worlds only superpower is virtually nil, unless it was deliberately put there and hidden to those uninitiated, i.e. the ordinary members of the public. Why is there not a pure grid structure to the plan, with great buildings and statues in parks, as in Vienna, Austria? In Washington we get a street plan that "coincidentally" traces out an inverted, broken, irregular pentagram pointing into the White House, and a symbol of an ancient Canaanite god Moloch sitting atop a pyramid with the capstone removed with the Capitol in its belly, with a second symbol of Moloch pointing into the Capitol. Then there is the Egypt/Rome/obelisk/sun connection, and the 666, 555 etc.
It also appears as though Freemasonry considered the development of the new republic and its capital important. A Masonic ceremony was held for the inauguration of George Washington, and another and well timed Masonic ceremony was held for the laying of the cornerstone of the Capitol. Other Masonic ceremonies were held for the laying of the cornerstone of the White House and The Washington Monument. During rebuilding and refurbishment work in the White House in 1946 the 33rd degree Freemason President Harry Truman asked that the White House cornerstone be left in place and untouched. Also note the right angle formed by a line going south from The House of the Temple, through the White House to the Washington Monument, and east from the Washington Monument to the Capitol.
What is it with the Freemasons and Washington DC?
The number of Presidents who have been Freemasons is completely disproportionate. 16 of the 43 Presidents, i.e. 37%, have been Freemasons, and 3 others have been associated with certain branches and lodges. What is the proportion of Freemasons in society? Less than 1%? Less than 0.1%? Less than that? And it is common that a non-Freemason President is assassinated and replaced by a President who is a Mason.
So Freemasonry has had a significant influence on the USA after the War of Independence. Did Freemasonry have any part to play during, or even before, the War of Independence?
There are two schools of thought regarding the American Revolution. The first is that it was a genuine revolution against British tyranny. The second is that it was all a trick and part of a long term plan to control the world. The presence of the inverted, irregular and incomplete pentagram in the street plan of Washington DC, along with all the other symbolism detailed above, does lend some support to the "it was a trick" theory, for Freemasonry goes back thousands of years and all the symbolism built into Washington DC is ancient. However, such a revolution could not have occured without some genuine sentiment of revulsion towards British tryanny. But was that revulsion provoked into action?
So here are those two schools of thought.
The American Colonies were becoming prosperous. During a visit to Great Britain in 1764, Benjamin Franklin was asked how the colonies were so prosperous. Franklin replied
"That is simple. In the colonies, we issue our own money. It is called Colonial Scrip. We issue it in proper proportion to the demands of trade and industry to make the products pass easily from the producers to the consumers... In this manner, creating for ourselves our own paper money, we control its purchasing power, and we have no interest to pay to no one."
England immediately decreed the Currency Act in 1764 which prohibited the colonies from issuing their own currency (scrip) and demanded that all future taxes be paid in gold or silver. Franklin then wrote that
"In one year the conditions were so reversed that the era of prosperity ended and a depression set in, to such an extent that the streets of the Colonies were filled with unemployed."
This vast reduction in living standards drove the colonists to rebel. In 1766 Franklin tried to argue that paper currency be permitted in the American colonies. Franklin said in his autobiography,
"The Colonies would gladly have borne the little tax on tea and other matters had it not been that England took away from the Colonies their money, which created unemployment and dissatisfaction."
In 1765 England passed The Stamp Act which was the first direct tax on the colonists, taxing all documentation and printed materials, with the money raised to pay for the British Army to control the colonists. The Sons of Liberty was formed in opposition to this act. In the same year The Quartering Act was passed by England ordering all colonists to house and feed the British Army in their own homes! This drove the colonists into a mild rebellion, which ended with Benjamin Franklin arguing in the Houses of Parliament that The Stamp Act be repealed otherwise there would be a revolution in the colonies. The Stamp Act was repealed, but on the same day The Declaratory Act was passed that asserted England's legal control over the colonies. The Quartering Act was still applicable, and was the cause of mild violence between the British Army and the colonists. In 1767 The Townshend Revenue Act taxed the colonists again. This provoked protest with cries of 'no taxation without representation', and a large boycott of British goods followed. Boston was the focus of much rebellious activity, and in 1770 the Boston Massacres saw three colonists shot dead as they harassed some British troops. A month later the Townshend Revenue Act was repealed, and the Quartering Act was not renewed. There followed several years of relative calm, until in 1773 The Tea Act awarded The British East India Company a monopoly on tea imports into the colonies, which provoked the Boston Tea Party in which rebellious colonists disguised themselves as mohawks and threw the whole cargo of tea aboard the Dartmouth into the harbour at Boston. In response a series of Coercive Acts were passed by England exercising its authority over the colonies. One stopped all commerce with Boston until the tax levied on the tea destroyed in the Boston Tea Party had been paid. Another act, The Quebec Act, established an English government in Quebec, which began to claim territory belonging to the colonies. In 1774 The Quartering Act was renewed, which provoked the colonies to form the First Continental Congress to meet and agree A Declaration and Resolves, setting out their grievances. The following year England ordered that all the Coercive Acts be enforced with whatever force was required.
On 18th April 1775 General Gage sent British troops to Concord to seize a cache of weapons belonging to the colonist militia. On their way they encountered a group of militia who attempted to block their path. In the following shoot-out several militiamen were killed, and the British continued on to Concord, but were harassed and shot at by militiamen and farmers, forcing them to retreat back to Boston. The Second Continental Congress was formed to place the colonies in a state of war, and George Washington was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Continental Army. The Battle of Bunker Hill occured with large numbers of casulaties on both sides. The colonists wrote the Olive Branch Petition seeking a peaceful resolution to the violence, but King George refused to even look at it, and declared the colonies were in open rebellion. The French decided to support the revolution. The British sent a large army to New York, and shortly after on 4th July 1776 The Declaration of Independence was endorsed.
A series of military conflicts followed, with France openly supporting the revolution and eventually fighting its own war with England which dragged in several other nations, such as Spain and Holland. Benjamin Franklin toured Europe looking for support, primarily from France, while keeping in touch with leading political figures in England, such as Lord Shelburne. The Battle of Yorktown in 1781 secured victory for the colonists, and in 1782 England began to seek peace. On 16th July 1782 Franklin signed a treaty with France to repay the 18 million livres that France had loaned the American revolutionaries. The Treaty of Paris was signed between America, represented by Franklin, and England in 1783 giving the colonists some independence.
The French were disappointed with the new America. Despite having financed the revolution also sending troops and supplies, and having fought a simultaneous war against England to weaken the size of the military that England could send to America, France was expecting a large degree of trade with America as a gesture of goodwill. That trade did not materialize, and England was not weakened that much either. The French Revolution followed shortly after, partly attributed to the state of France's finances.
There is an alternative explanation for the American Revolution.
The top Freemason of North America during the War of Independence was Benjamin Franklin. Franklin was Deputy Postmaster General for the American Colonies, and as such was an asset of British Intelligence. In fact he was Agent No. 72. The position of Postmaster General was divided between Sir Francis Dashwood (member of the inner ring of five of The Illuminati) and the Earl of Sandwich. Dashwood was also British Chancellor of the Exchequer. The Earl of Sandwich was also the First Lord of the Admiralty. Franklin and Dashwood were members of the Hellfire Club, along with Frederick Prince of Wales, the Prime Minister and the Mayor of London (who is always a Freemason). Franklin spent the three summers before the War of Independence at the estate of Dashwood. Franklin also co-wrote the Franklin-deSpencer Book of Prayer. Dashwood was also known as Lord de Spencer. So Franklin and Dashwood were on very good terms. This was the company that Benjamin Franklin, father of the American Revolution, kept.
The "revolution" was in fact a trick on the colonies. The War of Independence was not about independence. It was about tricking the colonies into rebelling, allowing them to win, and letting them think they were independent. As their King, George III was ultimately responsible for the colonists, but the colonies were a drain on finances, despite them being a part of the expansion of the British Empire. To provoke the revolution the heat was slowly turned up on the colonies. First the Bank of England annoyed them with their economic and monetary policies as placed on the colonies. Franklin later said that money supply was the primary reason for the rebellion. Then taxes were increased to pay for the Seven Years War between Great Britain and France, which was coincidentally started by George Washington after he ordered French troops in Ohio to be killed. But the boiling point was reached with the Tea Act which allowed the British East India Company to sell its tea in the colonies without paying duty. The ship "The Dartmouth" docked in Boston Harbour with a cargo of this tea. The legend goes that a gang of Mohawks fought their way past the guard, boarded The Dartmouth and threw the cargo of tea into the water. The truth is that members of the St Andrews Lodge in Boston were behind it. Paul Revere led the team dressed as Mohawks, and they were allowed access to The Dartmouth because members of the same lodge were also on duty guarding The Dartmouth.
During the American War of Independence not only were the British forces riddled with Freemasons in the higher ranks, but 46% of George Washington's Generals were Freemasons too! At the time of the War of Independence the home of Freemasonry was in London. The House of the Temple is the headquarters of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry. The name implies that this particular brand of Freemasonry is ancient, accepted and Scottish. But on the website of the House of the Temple we read
In announcing its establishment to the Masonic world in a Manifesto, dated December 4, 1802, the name was given as the Supreme Council of the Thirty-third Degree for the United States of America. The word Scotch appeared in connection with one of the early Supreme Council Degrees, and Scotish (sic) was included in the name of one of the detached Degrees conferred by the Supreme Council. The name Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite first appeared in an 1804 agreement between the Supreme Council of France and the Grand Orient of France. Beginning with the administration of Grand Commander Albert Pike in 1859, it came into general use in the Southern Jurisdiction and elsewhere. Many Scottish Masons fled to France during political upheavals in the 17th and 18th centuries, at a time when the Degrees of the Rite were evolving in French Freemasonry. This has caused some to think mistakenly that the Rite originated in Scotland. Actually, however, a Supreme Council for Scotland was not established until 1846.
So the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite was only created in 1804. Again, what are they trying to hide?
The Grand Orient of France was established in 1733. French Freemasonry was and is a derivative of English Freemasonry. As is American Freemasonry. It was through the French Masonic Lodges that the French Revolution was controlled. So it was for the American Revolution.
After the War of Independence the Paris Peace Treaty of 1783 was signed between Great Britain and the colonies. It begins with King George III making claim to several titles, such as Prince Elector of the Holy Roman Empire
In the name of the most holy and undivided Trinity. It having pleased the Divine Providence to dispose the hearts of the most serene and most potent Prince George the Third, by the grace of God, king of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, defender of the faith, duke of Brunswick and Lunebourg, arch- treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire etc., and of the United States of America,...
NB George III claims to be King of France. This treaty gave formal recognition to the United States of America, established her boundaries, (at the time), secured certain fishing rights, addressed problems between creditors, and provided fair treatment for those in America who decided to remain loyal to Great Britain. Article 4 of the treaty reads
It is agreed that creditors on either side shall meet with no lawful impediment to the recovery of the full value in sterling money of all bona fide debts heretofore contracted.
At the time this document was signed America owed lots of money to Great Britain and France. Freemasons ultimately owed their allegiance to London. The debt the new republic had built up to gain its "independence" was a ball and chain around its neck. The American economy floundered into depression. This was the whole point of the War of Independence! The colonies were tricked into revolution. In order to finance the revolution they borrowed alot from abroad, mainly France. The colonies were then shackled with this debt, and all its subsequent economic problems. Article IV of the Peace Treaty locked the USA into repaying that debt in pound sterling. And who signed that treaty on behalf of the USA? British Intelligence Agent No. 72 Benjamin Franklin Esquire.
The man placed in charge of looking after that debt by George Washington was Alexander Hamilton. Hamilton suggested a central bank for America just like the one back in the mother country, The Bank of England, a privately-owned central bank. This is how America has never been fully independent of Great Britain, because with a privately owned central bank the money supply, and thus the economy, can be controlled by a few people, possibly foreigners.
During the drafting of the American Constitution, Charles Pinckney recorded Benjamin Franklin as saying the following regarding Jewish immigration to America;
"There is a great danger for the United States of America. That great danger is the Jew. Gentlemen, in whichever land the Jews have settled, they have depressed the moral level and lowered the degree of commercial honesty. This chapter raises some intriguing questions, as well as more obvious ones.
The symbolism in the architecture and street plan of Washington DC suggests to me that America has had a pre-planned destiny for millenia, and that the vehicle to fulfil that destiny is Freemasonry. If this is the case, then America would need to be populated but at the same time controlled. Freemasonry appears to be the vehicle for that control.
But there is a caveat. The revolution began in the mid 1770's, even before the Illuminati were formally founded and well before the Congress of Wilhelmsbad in 1782. The street plan of Washington DC was designed in 1791.
