The nation we now know as Israel was only established in 1948 and yet it appears to have significant power and influence. It receives alot of financial and military aid from the USA, and appears to have a signficant degree of control over the USA in the form of the neoconservative politicians such as Vice-President Dick Cheney, Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Perle.
How did this little country come to be, and why does it appear so powerful?
But first things first. People confuse the terms Zionist and Jew. Israel is referred to as the Jewish state. We need to make it crystal clear that;
Zionism is a political movement that believes Jews should have a homeland in the area we now refer to as Israel.
We also need to make it crystal clear that;
There are a number of Jewish anti-Zionist organisations who do not support the state of Israel. Examples are;
These organisations have some very interesting things to say regarding the Zionist hierarchy that indicate that Zionism is not in the best interests of the Jews, or for that matter the world. One particular claim made by Jewish anti-Zionist organisations is that Hitler offered to ransom the German Jews to the Zionists, for $1000 per family. The proposal was that Hitler would transport the Jews to the French/Spanish border and hand the Jews over to the Zionists in return for the ransom money. But the Zionists refused, telling Hitler that only Palestine would be acceptable as a home for the Jews. These German Jews weren't wanted in the USA, or Great Britain. We now know what Hitler did to these Jews. They were experimented upon and/or worked to death and then gassed.
The fairytale of Zionism is that it is a result of the persecution of Jews throughout the centuries. After the Diaspora, so the tale goes, Jews tried to assimilate into their new communities, but due to the label "Christ Killers" there would be periodic persecution of them by Christian countries when a scapegoat was required. For example, in Venice shortly after it was almost defeated by the League of Cambrai the Jews of the city were ordered to live in the ghetto nuovo which was gated off and locked at sunset and unlocked at sunrise, with Jews caught outside the gates at night given a substantial fine. The Jews were also charged 33% more rent for the privilige. A section within the Jewish community began to talk of returning to their "homeland" because they believed these persecutions showed that Jews could never assimilate, no matter how hard they tried. But Torah Jews believe that Israel would be returned to them when God desired, not when the Jews themselves desired. This is the argument within Judaism. Some Jews believe that they should not return to Israel until God desires it, while the Zionists, be they Jews or non-Jews, believe the Jews should return to their homeland as soon as possible and do whatever it takes to get it.
This is where Zionism is ripe for manipulation, and why Jewish anti-Zionists believe Zionism is actually leading Judaism and the world towards a terrible catastrophe. No one can deny the anger that Israel causes, not only during its creation and its early years as a nation recognised by the UN, but ever since. And this is how Zionism is being used, to enrage a large section of the world, which is also well dispersed across the globe, into terrorism and war.
In 1839 a study by The Church of Scotland, authored by Andrew Bonar and entitled "the Condition of the Jews in their land", led to The Times publishing "Memorandum to Protestant Monarchs of Europe for the restoration of the Jews to Palestine" with enthusiastic support from Lord Shaftesbury. The memorandum
"`...urges upon the consideration of the powers addressed what may be the probable line of duty on the part of Protestant Christendom to the Jewish people in the present controversy in the East."
The controversy referred to was The Damascus Affair in 1840. The editor of The Times was J T Delane, an intimate friend of the Rothschilds and Lord Palmerston. Delane was such good friends with the Rothschilds that he went horse riding with their daughters, and lobbied on behalf of Lionel Rothschild for Jews to be admitted to Parliament.
Lord Shaftesbury had earlier written to the Prime Minister in 1835 regarding territory that is now in Syria,
"a country without a nation in need of a nation without a country"...Is there such a thing? To be sure there is, the ancient and rightful lords of the soil, the Jews!"
Shaftesbury also wrote in his diary that year of neighbouring territory,
"these vast and fertile regions will soon be without a ruler, without a known and acknowledged power to claim dominion. The territory must be assigned to some one or other...There is a country without a nation; and God now in his wisdom and mercy, directs us to a nation without a country."
The phrase "a country without a nation in need of a nation without a country" would be slightly transformed by Herzl into "A land of no people for a people with no land.".
But hang on. Wasn't Palestine inhabited by Palestinians?
Lord Palmerston, then British Foreign Secretary and ally of the Rothschilds, also began to propose a Jewish Homeland in Palestine. The following is a letter from Palmerston, while he was British Foreign Secretary, to the British Ambassador in Constantinople;
There exists at the present time among the Jews dispersed over Europe, a strong notion that the time is approaching when their nation is to return to Palestine...It would be of manifest importance to the Sultan to encourage the Jews to return and to settle in Palestine because the wealth which they would bring with them would increase the resources of the Sultan’s dominions; and the Jewish people, if returning under the sanction and protection and at the invitation of the Sultan, would be a check upon any future evil designs of Mehemet Ali or his successor...I have to instruct Your Excellency strongly to recommend [the Turkish government] to hold out every just encouragement to the Jews of Europe to return to Palestine.
Palmerston was significantly influenced by Lord Shaftesbury. Palmerston was also significantly influenced by Moses Haim Montefiore and the Rothschilds following the Damascus Affair. Palmerston was a regular diner at the Rothschild household. Montefiroe was the brother-in-law and business partner of Nathan Mayer Rothschild, the founder of the N. M. Rothschild bank in London. Moses was President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews from 1835 to 1874, and devoted his time in retirement to Jewish causes, including buying land in territory controlled by the Ottomans and Egypt for Jews. According to The Jewish Agency, in 1874 Moses established The Moses Montefiore Testimonial Fund to aid Jewish settlement in Palestine/Eretz Israel.
However, despite wealthy Jews such as the Rothschilds and Montefiore promoting Jewish immigration to Palestine, British Jews, like German Jews in the 1930's, were quite happy where they were, and believed that such mass immigration would mean trouble, and not only for the Jews themselves. According to Mohameden Ould-Mey in "The Non-Jewish Origin of Zionism",
Though Shaftesbury and Colonel Charles Churchill put some efforts into recruiting Moses Monterfiore (who was sent to Palestine and Egypt in 1838 with a plan for land purchase and who asked in 1841 to organize a diplomatic representation of the Jews), English Jewish leaders continued to regard "Zionism as a mad delusion of an army of beggars and cranks" that could undermine their hard won citizenship in Western countries.
Colonel Charles Henry Churchill was an ancestor of Winston Churchill. Both Churchills argued in favour of Zionism.
The London Society for Promoting Christianity among the Jews was created to teach "the Jews their own holy books", and had even estimated that some 20000 copies of the Old Testament in Hebrew were needed annually to educate world Jewry about Zionism.
To assist in the immigration of Jews to Palestine, the Governor of South Australia, Lieutenant-Colonel George Gawler, was asked to visit Palestine and draw up a plan for the proposed Jewish settlements. Gawler had overseen the colonization of Australia by British convicts, experience that was thought would be useful for the colonization of Palestine by Jews. Gawler published "Tranquillization of Syria and the East: Observations and Practical Suggestions, in Furtherance of the Establishment of Jewish Colonies in Palestine, the Most Sober and Sensible Remedy for the Miseries of Asiatic Turkey" in 1845, and established The Association for Promoting Jewish Settlement in Palestine, which later changed its name to The Palestine Fund. According to Encyclopedia Judaica, the activities of The Association for Promoting Jewish Settlement in Palestine included training Jews in Eretz Israel for agricultural work, as well as publishing literature on the benefits of a large Jewish settlement for Britain.
But despite all this, British Jews did not take the bait.
And despite all this, official history tells us that the Rothschilds did not support Zionism.
Palestine first experienced mass Jewish immigration after the Jewish pogroms in Russia of the 1880's. These pogroms were a result of the assassination attempts on the Tsar's life in which Jews appeared to play a prominent role. The first Jewish settlements in Palestine, mainly agricultural, were a failure, but were saved by the Rothschilds.
In Vienna, Austria in 1896 a journalist called Theodor Herzl published his thoughts on a Jewish homeland, in a book called Der Judenstaat, The Jewish State, and it was addressed to the Rothschilds. A year later The First Zionist Congress was held in Basel, Switzerland in 1897. There the Zionists agreed to their flag, a blue Star of David on a white background, and issued their claims. They were;
Zionism seeks to establish a home for the Jewish people in EretzIsrael secured under public law. The Congress contemplates the following means to the attainment of this end:
- The promotion by appropriate means of the settlement in Eretz-Israel of Jewish farmers, artisans, and manufacturers.
- The organization and uniting of the whole of Jewry by means of appropriate institutions, both local and international, in accordance with the laws of each country.
- The strengthening and fostering of Jewish national sentiment and national consciousness.
- Preparatory steps toward obtaining the consent of governments, where necessary, in order to reach the goals of Zionism.
In fact, Eretz-Israel refers to a lot more land than Palestine, taking in portions of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria and Egypt.
At the time of this conference Palestine was a colony of the Ottoman Empire, based in Turkey. The Ottoman Empire was allied with Germany, and was an important region for trade between Europe and the Middle East. Germany was given the right to build a Berlin-Baghdad Railway through the Ottoman Empire, which threatened British interests. The Zionists approached Germany and Turkey for discussions on permitting Palestine to be a Jewish homeland but the discussions did not get very far. The leader of the Zionists during these initial discussions was Theodor Herzl. Herzl died in 1904 and the Zionist movement lost momentum.
Shortly after Herzl published Der Judenstaat, Edmond James de Rothschild gave the titles to land he owned in Palestine plus fifteen million francs to the Jewish Colonization Association (JCA), which in 1924 became The Palestine Jewish Colonization Association, controlled by Edmond's son Armand. This land was then transferred to the Jewish National Fund.
When World War 1 broke out a Zionist called Chaim Weizmann rose to prominence in Zionism. Weizmann was a chemist at Manchester University. Due to the smoke and noise from using gunpowder the favoured propellant for bullets and artillery was cordite, and acetone was necessary for the production of cordite. Weizmann had developed a technique to produce acetone from the abundant, cheap maize, and was summoned to meet with Minister of Munitions, and soon to be Prime Minister, David Lloyd George, and First Lord of the Admiralty Winston Churchill. Weizmann impressed Lloyd George by refusing payment for giving the British his process for the manufacture of acetone, and with his passionate arguments for the Zionist cause, but he was unable to persuade the British government as a whole to support the Zionist cause.
It was around this time that when Great Britain was close to defeat, or at least considering having to agree peace on Germany's terms, that a meeting took place at which a deal was struck between the Zionists and Great Britain; in return for bringing the USA into the war on the side of Great Britain the Zionists would be given Palestine! This was stated in a book by Samuel Landman entitled Great Britain, The Jews and Palestine. This is what Landman says about that meeting;
During the critical days of 1916 and of the impending defection of Russia, Jewry, as a whole, was against the Czarist regime and had hopes that Germany, if victorious, would in certain circumstances give them Palestine. Several attempts to bring America into the War on the side of the Allies by influencing influential Jewish opinion were made and had failed. Mr. James A. Malcolm, who was already aware of German pre-war efforts to secure a foothold in Palestine through the Zionist Jews and of the abortive Anglo-French démarches at Washington and New York; and knew that Mr. Woodrow Wilson, for good and sufficient reasons, always attached the greatest possible importance to the advice of a very prominent Zionist (Mr. Justice Brandeis, of the US Supreme Court); and was in close touch with Mr. Greenberg, Editor of the Jewish Chronicle (London); and knew that several important Zionist Jewish leaders had already gravitated to London from the Continent on the qui vive awaiting events; and appreciated and realized the depth and strength of Jewish national aspirations; spontaneously took the initiative, to convince first of all Sir Mark Sykes, Under-Secretary to the War Cabinet, and afterwards M. Georges Picot, of the French Embassy in London, and M. Goût of the Quai d'Orsay (Eastern Section), that the best and perhaps the only way (which proved so to be) to induce the American President to come into the War was to secure the co-operation of Zionist Jews by promising them Palestine, and thus enlist and mobilize the hitherto unsuspectedly powerful forces of Zionist Jews in America and elsewhere in favour of the Allies on a quid pro quo contract basis. Thus, as will be seen, the Zionists, having carried out their part, and greatly helped to bring America in, the Balfour Declaration of 1917 was but the public confirmation of the necessarily secret 'gentleman's' agreement of 1916 made with the previous knowledge, acquiescence and/or approval of the Arabs and of the British, American, French and other Allied Governments, and not merely a voluntary altruistic and romantic gesture on the part of Great Britain as certain people either through pardonable ignorance assume or unpardonable ill-will would represent or misrepresent.Sir Mark Sykes was Under-Secretary to the War Cabinet specially concerned with Near Eastern affairs, and, although at the tiime scarcely acquainted with the Zionist movement, and unaware of the existence of its leaders, he had the flair to respond to the arguments advanced by Mr. Malcolm as to the strength and importance of this movement in Jewry, in spite of the fact that many wealthy and prominent international or semi-assimilated Jews in Europe and America were openly or tacitly opposed to it (Zionist movement) or timidly indifferent. MM. Picot and Goût were likewise receptive.
An interesting account of the negotiations carried on in London and Paris, and subsequent developments, has already appeared in the Jewish press and need not be repeated here in detail, except to recall that immediately after the 'gentleman's' agreement between Sir Mark Sykes, authorized by the War Cabinet, and the Zionist leaders, cable facilities through the War Office, the Foreign Office and British Embassies, Legations, etc., were given to the latter to communicate the glad tidings to their friends and organizations in America and elsewhere, and the change in official and public opinion as reflected in the American press in favour of joining the Allies in the War, was as gratifying as it was surprisingly rapid.
The Balfour Declaration, in the words of Prof. H. M. V. Temperley, was a "definite contract between the British Government and Jewry" (History of the Peace Conference in Paris, vol. 6, p. 173). The main consideration given by the Jewish people (represented at the time by the leaders of the Zionist Organization) was their help in bringing President Wilson to the aid of the Allies. Moreover, officially interpreted at the time by Lord Robert Cecil as 'Judea for the Jews' in the same sense as 'Arabia for the Arabs', the Declaration sent a thrill throughout the world. The prior Sykes-Picot Treaty of 1916, according to which Northern Palestine was to be politically detached and included in Syria (French sphere), was subsequently, at the instance of the Zionist leaders, amended (by the Franco-British Convention of December 1920, Cmd. 1195) so that the Jewish National Home should comprise the whole of Palestine in accordance with the promise previously made to them for their services by the British, Allied and American Governments, and to give full effect to the Balfour Declaration, the terms of which had been settled and known to all Allied and associated belligerents, including Arabs, before they were made public.
This is the relatively unknown background to The Balfour Declaration issued on 2nd November 1917. This was a letter from Lord Balfour to Lord Rothschild, then the President of the British Zionist Federation, proclaiming the British Government's support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. The Balfour Declaration was actually written by Lord Alfred Milner, an employee of the Rothschilds and Trustee of the Rhodes Trust, a fortune left by Cecil Rhodes after he had been financed to control South African minerals by...the Rothschilds. The Balfour Declaration was what the Zionists had been asking Germany and Turkey for for over a decade. However, there was a caveat in that declaration that appears to have since been ignored. The Balfour Declaration also requested that the "civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine" be respected (see below).
Weizmann would later come to be considered one of the great Zionists. In 1918 Weizmann headed the Zionist Commission's trip to Palestine to observe and make recommendations to the British government on how to implement The Balfour Declaration. Weizmann also appeared at the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 to advance the Zionist cause, and was later President of the World Zionist Organization and the Jewish Agency, at a time when the Nazis and the Zionists were cooperating to transfer Jews to Palestine (see below), and during World War 2. After the creation of Israel, The Weizmann Institute, named after Chaim, was established to develop nuclear weapons, and data on nuclear weapons research procured through espionage was given to Israel by...the Rothschilds.
But there appeared to be a problem with The Balfour Declaration. Britain had already promised Palestine to the Arabs!
Palestine was a colony of the Ottoman Empire. Lord Kitchener and Colonel Lawrence had persuaded the Arabs to revolt against the German allies the Ottomans, and to drive them back to Turkey. In return Kitchener told the Arabs that the British Government would grant the Arabs their independence and stop Jewish immigration into Palestine.
At the 1919 Paris Peace Conference Great Britain assumed control of Palestine. So who did the British eventually support; the Arabs or the Zionists? The Zionists! A conference was held in San Remo, Italy in 1920 at which arrangements for mass Jewish immigration into Palestine were agreed. No Arab delegates were invited.
But the British also betrayed the Arabs in another way. While the Arabs were driving the Ottomans back to Turkey, the British were arming and training the Ibn Saud tribe to takeover the Arab lands after the Arabs had driven out the Ottomans. For achieving this the Ibn Sauds were awarded what is now Saudi Arabia, for a long time the world's richest oil nation.
As a consequence Arab Riots occured in 1921 and 1929. The Haycraft Commission investigated the 1921 riots and thought
"The fundamental cause of the riots was a feeling among the Arabs of discontent with, and hostility to, the Jews, due to political and economic causes, and connected with Jewish immigration, and with their conception of Zionist policy as derived from Jewish exponents."
The result of this investigation was the Churchill White paper of 1922, which stated that the British government was still supporting Jewish immigration into Palestine but the immigration would be more controlled.
The Jewish Agency(JA) was created on 11th August 1929, led by Chaim Weizmann and Felix Warburg, who was Chairman of its Administrative Committee. The JA, according to its website, was the "de facto government of the state-on-the-way", and its main political purpose was to pressure the British government to interpret the Churchill White Paper of 1922 as liberally as possible, and thus permit as many Jews into Palestine as possible. It controlled the Hagana, which would later sanction the bombing of The King David Hotel, and join with Irgun and Lehi to attack and harass the British Army out of Palestine and drive hundreds of thousands of Palestinians into Gaza and West Bank.
The Shaw Commission investigated the 1929 riots and found;
The Passfield White Paper resulting from this investigation called for a reduction in Jewish immigration and stricter controls on Jewish development. This angered the Zionists, despite the paper restating the British Government's support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine. Felix Warburg resigned his Chairmanship in the JA in protest.
So did this cause the Zionists to lose faith in Great Britain and seek a new ally to build Eretz-Israel?
On January 30th 1933 Adolf Hitler was made Chancellor of Germany. He had received substantial political finance from German industrialists and bankers with very strong connections to The City of London and Wall Street. Less than a month later a suspicious fire occured at the Reichstag, the German Parliament. It was blamed on a mentally ill former Dutch Communist called Marinus Van Der Lubbe, who was found cowering and half-naked behind the Reichstag. I say suspicious because there is some evidence to suggest that Van Der Lubbe was a patsy and that the fire was started by the Nazis themselves in order to blame the Communists and issue the Reichstag Decree making Germany a Police State banning the freedom of speech etc. Van Der Lubbe was eventually exonerated in early 2008.
It may sound bizarre to learn that the Zionists and the Nazis collaborated, but it is true. They both had a common interest: the Nazis wanted Jews out of Germany, and the Zionists wanted Jews in Palestine. This collaboration occured during the 1930's. In fact Zionism was the only other political movement allowed to exist in Nazi Germany besides Nazism. The Zionists were even allowed their own newspaper, Die Judische Rundschau, while literature by non-Zionist Jews was burned. The only other flag, besides the Swastika, permitted to be displayed in Nazi Germany was the Zionist flag, the blue Star of David on white background. The transfers were facilitated by the Jewish Agency and The Anglo-Palestine Bank, and the Warburgs were also involved. But German Jews were actually quite happy in Germany, and by 1935 the Nazis were becoming unhappy with the small number of Jews who took the opportunity to transfer to Palestine. Between 1933, when the Transfer Agreement was reached, and 1941 only 60,000 or 10% of Germany's Jews transferred to Palestine. To impress upon the Jews how much they were not wanted in Germany, very strict regulations were enacted, such as The Nuremberg Laws, and culminating with Kristallnacht, an orgy of violence against Jews after a Jew had shot dead a prominent Nazi in Paris. After Kristallnacht many Jews fled Germany, but not to Palestine. Instead they fled to Denmark, the Netherlands and other European countries. Some fled to Great Britain and the USA, and were turned away.
In order to persuade the Jews of Europe that they should go to Palestine a much bigger and horrific event would be required...The Holocaust.
World War 2 brought an end, officially, to the transfer of Jews from Germany to Palestine. In 1941 and 1942 Hitler offered to ransom the Jews to his former collaborators the Zionists for $1000 per family and make the transfer at the French/Spanish border. Here is where the Jews should be very, very suspicious of the Rothschilds. The Rothschilds have been instrumental in creating Israel. They saved the initial failing settlements, and it was to the Rothschilds whom Lord Balfour made The Balfour Declaration, declaring the British Government's support for a Jewish homeland in Palestine, even though at the time it was Ottoman territory. The Rothschilds also control the Federal Reserve, and other banks that practice Fractional Reserve Banking, allowing them to virtually create as much money as they wanted. So did the Rothschilds, Zionists and supporters of the Jews create the paper dollars to save the Jews from Hitler? No! The Zionists told Hitler that only Palestine would be accepted as a homeland, and that the European Jews must experience suffering and death greater in measure than other nations, in order that the victorious allies agree to a "Jewish State" at the end of the war! The Zionists knew that Palestine was then under British control and Germany was at war with Great Britain, so the probability that Nazi Germany and Great Britain would co-operate as they did during the 1930's was zero! They also knew the Einsatzgruppen were slaughtering thousands of Jews a day in the Ukraine and the Baltic States. What did they expect Hitler was going to do with these unwanted German Jews? Throw a party for them? He couldn't transfer them to Palestine, because that was under British control, and the Zionists wouldn't accept anywhere else but Palestine! So Hitler sent the Jews to concentration camps.
In 1942 the British Parliament discussed offering Nazi Germany the opportunity of sending 500,000 Jews in Nazi-occupied Europe to British colonies, such as Mauritius. The Zionists blocked this motion. Why? Because Palestine was not one of the colonies proposed.
What exactly did the Zionist organizations do during World War 2? How did they use their influence over the USA and UK governments to persuade them to accept all Jewish refugees fleeing from the Nazis? How did they use their influence over the USA and UK governments to persuade them to bomb the death camps and factories? The shameful fact is they didn't, not the extent they could because the Jewish and Zionist leadership controlled the finances, particularly The Federal Reserve. A simple threat to withhold funding could have been made unless refugees were assisted and camps were bombed. I am unaware of any such threat.
So what happened to the European Jews? The old, the young, the weak and the sick were sent to concentration camps, experimented upon and/or worked to death. The young and the strong were smuggled into Palestine by Zionist organisations such as Mossad, sometimes with the help of the Gestapo. Only the young and the strong could survive the tortuous journey from Europe to Palestine in tiny damp smuggling holes for weeks if not months, and still be able to work at the end of the journey. Chaim Weizmann, head of The Jewish Agency, had this to say about the deaths of these old and sick Jews;
The hopes of Europe’s six million Jews are centered on emigration. I was asked: 'Can you bring six million Jews to Palestine?' I replied, 'No.' ... From the depths of the tragedy I want to save ... young people [for Palestine]. The old ones will pass. They will bear their fate or they will not. They are dust, economic and moral dust in a cruel world ... Only the branch of the young shall survive. They have to accept it.
David Ben Gurion also declared his willingness to sacrifice children in order to populate Palestine with Jews. He said;
"If I knew that it would be possible to save all the children in Germany by bringing them over to England and only half of them by transporting them to Eretz Israel, then I opt for the second alternative."
In effect Hitler did the Zionists a great favour. He rid Judaism of its very young, sick, weak and infirm, and scared the young and strong European Jewry into fleeing to Palestine, which they initially didn't want to do. But after World War 2, after the tyrrany of Hitler, did the millions of homeless Jewish refugees wandering Europe want to populate Palestine? No, they wanted to return back to Germany. But they were told by the very same Zionists who had refused to pay their ransom or evacuate them to safety in a British colony, to refuse to be moved to anywhere but Palestine!
The Zionists were playing at emotional blackmail, for who could deny the millions of homeless Jewish refugees a homeland in Palestine after what they had been through? Before the war there was great resentment and opposition to the idea of a Jewish homeland in Palestine, even within the Jewish community itself. But after the Holocaust that changed, but not by much.
At the end of World War 2 Palestine was under British control, as a result of the Sykes-Picot Agreement from World War 1. The World Zionist Congress demanded that 1 million Jewish refugees be allowed to settle in Palestine. Egypt and Syria warned the Allies that there would be war against any Jewish state created in Palestine. On 22nd July 1946 Irgun bombed the King David Hotel in Jerusalem. This hotel was the headquarters of the controlling British authorities. 91 people died. The bombing was ordered by David Ben Gurion and carried out by Menachem Begin, both of whom would later become Prime Ministers of Israel. This was a terrorist attack by Zionists against Great Britain, i.e. Israel accepts terrorists as its leaders. The Arabs accused the British and Americans of arming and training Irgun and Haganah in order for any Jewish state to quickly create an effective Army. Eight months later the British handed control of Palestine to the United Nations, reneging on the understanding that they would stay in control until 1949 to help find a solution to the Palestine problem. If Great Britain had not left and found a solution we may not be in the situation we are today. We know wh controls Great Britain.
The UN voted to partition Palestine into Jewish and Arab states, while Jerusalem would be entrusted to the UN. This proposal was accepted by the Zionists but rejected by the Arabs. The Arab League declared that any attempt to partition Palestine into Jewish and Arab states would be resisted with force, and Arabs began attacking Jewish communities in Palestine. The British-trained and American-armed Irgun and Haganah retaliated and terrorised the Arabs, who fled. So what did the British do? They pulled out all of their 30,000 troops in Palestine and let Irgun and Haganah get on with it. On May 14th 1948 David Ben Gurion declared a provisional government for the state of Israel. The UN did nothing and let the declaration stand. Two days later Israel was recognised by both the USA and USSR. The Arab League declared war on Israel. The UN sent in a mediator, Count Folke Bernadotte, to agree a truce but he was assassinated by Irgun terrorists. Despite this an armistice was finally arranged. Israel was then recognised by Great Britain and France, and eventually joined the UN in May 1949, one year after Ben Gurion illegaly declared a provisional government.
So that is how Israel was stolen from the Palestinians.
During the 1948/9 war between Israel and the Arabs around 750,00 Palestinians fled Palestine, and Israeli settlers were given their land and property. The Palestinians have since claimed that this land and property be returned to them. Israel said the Palestinians fled without provocation and that therefore their claim for restitution is null and void. It has since been proved with Israeli documentation that a policy of ethnic cleansing by Israel was on going at the time, even before the war started. The Palestinian refugees mostly fled to Gaza and the West Bank, which have since been the largest refugee camps in the world.
You can bet your life the Zionists were very, very happy with the outcome of World War 2; a Jewish State full of strong, young men and women who could build Israel. But gradually the Israeli Jews got the local Palestinians to do the work for them.
And now we know the best kept secret of all time; that Israel has "the bomb". We know this because we gave it to them! Israel has the best military in the Middle East and receives the most aid in the Middle East, while its immediate neighbours are in relative poverty, due to the insertion of British or American puppets who direct the economy, or Israeli military aggression and invasion laying waste to countries such as Lebanon. This of course then causes much anger in the Arab and thus Muslim world, which is directed mainly at the US, but because we, the UK, gave Palestine to the Zionists, redrew the borders to create the puppet states of the Middle East and stole the oil, we are also a target. On the other hand, Iran which doesn't have the bomb, signs the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty (NPT), while Israel, which does have the bomb, doesn't sign the NPT. So when Iran decides to ignore its optional signing of the NPT, Israel gets a bit of a twitchy nuclear-trigger finger. In early 2006 "the Cream of the Cream" of the American Military, The Strategic Studies Institute of the Army War College, published its report into the Middle East and concluded that if Israel would "de-nuke" then tensions in the area would decrease significantly. It also concluded that it is Israel's possession of "the bomb" which is driving its neighbours towards looking into acquiring "the bomb" for themselves, which is causing the paranoia in Israel. So in effect Israel is causing its own paranoia! They also suggested that the USA, the financier of Israel through the largest hoax ever foisted upon mankind The Federal Reserve, should persuade Israel to "de-nuke". This should be quite easy to do, as Israel is highly dependent on The Federal Reserve. However, Israeli lobbyists such as AIPAC and JINSA have a stranglehold on the American power system, and until Americans realize this then Israel will continue to control American politics and continue to live off The Federal Reserve.
If the Nazis had really killed 6 million Jews during the Third Reich you could well expect Israel to be the most compassionate and caring country in the world. It is far from it. Instead, the Zionists have hijacked and now hide behind the holocaust, that some of their membership, in my opinion, deliberately engineered and allowed to happen. Mention the name "Hitler" and you automatically think of "Jew". Yet the Nazis killed many others besides Jews. Communists, Gypsies, and the mentally and physically handicapped all suffered under Hitler. The Zionist-controlled media has managed to hijack the Nazi death machine to focus on what happened to the Jews above all others, as if the others didn't matter. Any time that anyone criticises or questions Israel or Zionism or Judaism they are automatically labelled a Nazi and/or anti-semitic. Zionists believe that what allegedly happened to the Jews during World War 2 (even though their is strong evidence to suggest their leadership engineered the genocide while they were 3000 miles away) gives them the right to do anything to anyone and not be criticised.
An example of this is the extortion of money from Europe by the World Jewish Congress (WJC). The WJC claim to be reclaiming money stolen from Jews and returning it to the families and descendants of the dispossessed. In fact what was happening was that the WJC was not returning the money to families of the dispossessed, but was instead using the money to finance activities in Israel, helping to build Israel and for "Holocaust Education", i.e. propagating the familiar story without reference to anything mentioned here. And while the WJC was highlighting the poverty of such families, the WJC was sitting on a $7 billion pot of gold. The Holocaust Industry by Norman Finkelstein examines this hypocrisy and manipulation. One example is the shakedown of central European banks in the mid 1990's. Curiously this was about the same time that, according to Rayelan Allen of rumormillnews, a massive gold transfer through central European banks was occuring.
In 1995, durng the commemoration the 50th anniversary of the end of World War 2, Switzerland apologised for not offering refuge to Jews fleeing persecution in Germany and elsewhere during the war. Due to this apology, the World Jewish Congress, under Edgar Bronfman Sr., raised the question of Jewish assets in Swiss banks. Bronfman is the head of the Bronfman empire and is worth billions of dollars. The WJC accused the Swiss of hiding between $7 billion and $20 billion of stolen property from Jews. The banks could only find $32 million in undeclared dormant accounts. Thus began the savaging of Switzerland in the press. The Zionists got the US House and Senate Banking committee to pressurise the Swiss. The US Holocaust Museum and Simon Wiesenthal Center got involved. Senator Alfonse D'Amato, a lawyer for Holocaust reparation payments against German and Swiss banks and charging $350 per hour, got involved. His aide Gregg Rickman boasted that the Swiss bankers were
"forced into the court of public opinion where we controlled the agenda. The bankers were on our turf and conveniently we were judge, jury and executioner".OSS reports on Swiss banks and Jewish property from WW2, largely based on rumour and uncorroborated sources and ignored by historians, were resurrected and printed as evidence. Elderly Jewish men and women testified before the US Congressional Banking committee on the evil actions of the Swiss banks, but none offered proof. Unproven claims and rumours circulated that the Swiss banks were shredding documentary evidence of dormant accounts. The WJC then claimed that the Swiss had trafficked in "victim gold", gold extracted from the mouths of gassed Jews.
To get to the bottom of this attack the Swiss agreed to the establishment of an investigative committee consisting of three members of the World Jewish Restitution Organization and three members of the Swiss Bankers Association, which was headed by Paul Volcker, a former chairman of the Federal Reserve. The Swiss government also appointed an "independent commission of experts" chaired by Professor Jean-Francois Bergier and including Israeli Holocaust scholar Saul Friedlander. Before these committees could really get going the WJC tried for a settlement, pointing to the "needy Holocaust survivors". The Swiss offered $250 million. Billionaire Bronfman of the WJC rejected the offer, adding "Don't do any favours. I'll give the money myself". He didn't. Instead the Swiss setup a fund of $200 million, called the "Special Fund for Needy Victims of the Holocaust". Again the WJC pushed for more money but the Swiss were holding out until the findings of the investigating committee. The WJC pushed for early settlement because they had everything to lose. Any money found in Swiss banks would go directly to the individuals involved, bypassing the WJC who may well have have used it for other purposes.
The WJC increased the pressure. Three lawsuits were filed against the Swiss banks, which were amalgamated into one class action lawsuit, for $20 billion. An economic boycott of Switzerland was also threatened. Pension funds were withdrawn from Swiss banks. Bronfman cut his demand from between $7 billion and $20 billion, suggesting to the Swiss that for just $3 billion the lawsuits, sanctions and Volcker investigations would cease. The Swiss increased their offer to $600 million. This offer was rejected and the boycotts increased. Finally in August 1998, with sanctions and boycotts taking their toll, the Swiss offered $1.25 billion, which was accepted. The WJC wanted nearly a half of this money, originally claimed for "needy Holocaust survivors", to be used for Jewish organizations and Holocaust education (the edited version). A year after the $1.25 billion was signed over to the WJC there was still no plan to distribute it to the "needy Holocaust survivors".
So what of the Volcker investigation? It praised the Swiss banks for their record keeping, and for tracking down the owners of dormant accounts. It also found that some, but not all, Swiss banks did buy "victim gold", but there was no evidence to suggest they knew of its origin. There were around 54,000 accounts with a "probable or possible relationship with victims of Nazi persecution". It proved impossible to put a value on the identified dormant accounts, but it is thought to be very much less than the final sum agreed.
But what was not reported in the media was that the main destination for transferrable assets of Jewish refugees was not Switzerland, but The United States of America. Has the WJC put the same pressure it applied to Switzerland onto the USA? No. The Volcker Committee had a budget of $500 million, and complete and open access to the banks of Switzerland. In May 1998 a Presidential Advisory Commission on Holocaust Assets in the United States was established. It was given a budget of just $6 million.
How can there be such a difference?
One theory is that the Jews of today are not 100% descended from the Jews of Judea conquered by Rome, but some are descendants of a tribe once based in Caucasia who converted to Judaism called the Khazars.
Perhaps the best source on this theory is The Thirteenth Tribe by Arthur Koestler, a Jew himself and proud of his Khazar heritage. This theory is also supported by a recently published book entitled When and How Was the Jewish People Invented? by yet another Jew, Professor Shlomo Zand. There have been attempts to debunk this theory, but you will find that the debunkers claim that the allegation is that all Jews of today are descendants of Khazars. This is not the claim. The claim is that some of the Jews of today are descendants of Khazars, and this the debunkers do not dispute.
So who were the Khazars?
Khazaria, the empire of the Khazars, covered what is now Georgia, South West Ukraine and the portion of Southern Russia just North of Georgia. They were originally from Sumeria, i.e. what is now called Iraq. The Khazars were pressured from their West to convert to Christianity, and pressured from their East to convert to Islam. To remain neutral they converted to Judaism in the 8th century. Before this conversion, they apparently worshipped the phallus and indulged in human sacrifice. Ibn Fadlan describes how in parts of Khazaria the Khazars would hang the cleverest men as an offering to God, the reason being that the cleverest were the troublemakers! Their king was called Kagan. There is a Robert Kagan who co-founded The Project for a New American Century with Dick Cheney. It is also said that the Khazars practiced the Ritual of the Killing of the King, but there are at least two different versions of how the Khazars practiced this, so this cannot be accepted as 100% true, but there is the possiblity that both versions may have occured at different times. The Khazars made their money by taxing trade across their empire, and the tax collectors were well respected. This raised enough money for them to pay for a large, well-equipped and well-trained professional army. The Kagan had many beautiful concubines which were available to him at a moments notice.
So what happened to this Khazar empire? Genghis Kahn invaded the Khazar empire from their East, so the Khazars, i.e. Jews, fled to their West, away from Genghis Kahn, into what is now Eastern and Central Europe.
I hope I have destroyed the fairytale story of Israel; a sanctuary built by Jews for the Jews for protection from a cruel and harsh anti-Semitic world.
I am not against Jews, either as a race or religion, but I am suspicious and critical of some of the Zionist leadership.
I am not a 'Holocaust Denier', in that I believe something very terrible did occur to European Jewry and millions of them died, though I also believe that an exaggeration may have taken place as to the exact number of deaths, e.g. the figure of 6 million was quoted before World War 2 even started, and am concerned that little attention is paid to other groups who Hitler murdered.
I believe the Jews have suffered at the hands of their own Jewish and Zionist leadership, and some were forced or tricked into going to Israel. Those born there have been born into a manufactured cesspit of hate and terror. Perhaps if I had been born in Israel I would have been driven into such extremism, bombarded with Zionist propaganda 24/7/365. My feeling is that Israel was created as part of Albert Pike's plan for three world wars. According to Pike the third world war would be due to the friction between Islam and Zionism. In order to create Israel as a "Jewish State" the actual geographical area that Israel currently covers had to be taken from the Ottoman Empire. This was done through Lawrence of Arabia and The Treaty of Versailles. Then the land had to be occupied by Jews. Mass Jewish immigration was permitted by Great Britain, which led to violent reactions from the Arabs (a sign of things to come which was ignored?). Hitler was financed into power to be the fascist component of Pike's world war 2 and to scare European Jewry to flee for safety in Palestine and hence populate the land we know as Israel. The better armed, trained and financed Zionist paramilitaries were able to terrorize not only the local Palestinians into fleeing to the West Bank and Gaza, but to also force the withdrawal of the British Army (although I suspect the British Army were withdrawn to let the Zionists steal the land rather than to save the lives of British soldiers), and thus declare the State of Israel. And now here we are, with a nuclear-armed Israel cited as the number one grievance of Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorism. Israel is attacking and invading its neighbours, much more so since 9/11, and causing all sorts of anger and friction which can be easily manipulated into a world war, a possible, probable and planned nuclear war...
